FAQ

  • Many of our items for sale are made to order, which means once your order is placed, it may take up to 10 days (longer for busier periods) for your item to be knitted, finished, packaged and posted. We currently deliver to the UK only, using Royal Mail tracked service.

    We charge a standard £4 delivery charge, with free delivery for orders over £100.

  • Returns Policy (Products)

    We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your order, we will accept this within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

    We will process a refund if item is in original condition, unused and with tags attached & in its original packaging so that we can resell the item.

    Returns must be sent, at customer’s own cost, to the address below:

    Please ensure the package is tracked, as we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage in transit. Please include name and order number, so that we can process the refund to the correct person, stating reason why the item is unsuitable.

    This will be processed via original payment method, once item has been inspected, and you will be notified when to expect the refund.

    If the return is received outwith the 14-day period or is in an unsellable condition, the item may be returned to the customer with no refund given.

    If you wish to exchange your order for a different item, you will need to return the item as above and place a new order through the website so that we can make the new item for you.

    Note that Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

  • All knitted products are made from 100% lambswool. This means that they will shrink or felt if washed too hot or rigorously. We recommend that you either dry clean your items or handwash in luke-warm water, with mild detergent and little agitation. Please rinse gently and dry flat.
